Resonance of Hope: Building Bridges Through Music
Join diverse communities of Pittsburgh as we celebrate the power of hope through music and word. Hear the premiere of a new work performed by Rabbi/Cantor Jeffrey Myers as soloist, and accompanied by the Pittsburgh Youth Chorus and the CAPA choir, listen to poetry about the Holocaust, view dance by Attack Theatre and music commissioned by the Holocaust Center of Pittsburgh, which will be performed by Pittsburgh Symphony musicians David McCarroll and Tatjana Mead Chamis, and cellist Angela Park, as we also recognize Kristallnacht, the night of shattered glass, which occurred on November 9, 1938.
